This chef-inspired recipe works great as an appetizer or finger food for almost any occasion. Classic elements of charcuterie are combined into one delectable bite.

Strawberry, Pepperberry Goat Cheese & Prosciutto Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 California Giant strawberries
  • 3 (½ ounce) thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma
  • 3 ounces Goat Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Bush Dreams Pepperberry Dust
  • 1 ounce pea shoots
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • organic arugula for garnish

DIRECTIONS

      • Portion goat cheese into ½ ounce cylinders and rub with the Pepperberry Seasoning.
      • Cut strawberries into quarters.
      • Split the prosciutto slices in ½ lengthwise.
      • Cut the pea shoots into 1½ segments.
      • Place slice of prosciutto on the surface, place the cheese, strawberry and pea shoot on one end and roll.
      • Drizzle honey and serve.
