These High Protein Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are a guilt-free delight! Blend creamy cottage cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla, then fill your California Giant Strawberries and top them with graham cracker crumbs. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert, these stuffed strawberries are sure to impress with their sweet, protein-packed goodness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb California Giant Strawberries
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

DIRECTIONS

      • Add the cottage cheese into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla, and blend for a few more seconds to combine. Pour the filling into a ziplock bag and cut one end to use as a piping bag. Set aside.
      • Start by cutting the tops off the strawberries. Scoop out the center with a paring knife. Fill the strawberries with the cheesecake mixture. Sprinkle the cheesecake with the gram cracker crumbs. Pop into the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
