Curry Hummus, Veggie, and Berry Wrap

This handheld bite is filled with nutrients from veggies and California Giant strawberries. Pack this delicious wrap for an easy office lunch, or bring one along on your next adventure.

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup hummus
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup roasted green beans
  • ½ cup roasted squash
  • 2 California Giant strawberries, diced
  • 1 flour wrap

DIRECTIONS

      • Start by making the curry hummus by simply mixing the curry powder with the hummus.
      • Build the wrap by layering the hummus evenly across the wrap.
      • Add the veggies and strawberries on top of the hummus.
      • Roll up the wrap from one side and tie with a string on either end to secure.
      • Cut and enjoy!
