Surprise your guests with this blueberry hummus that is rich in flavor. This dip is very versatile in the way that it pairs well with all kinds of crackers, pretzels, fruits, and veggies.

Blueberry Hummus

INGREDIENTS

    For the Hummus:

  • 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup California Giant blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • juice and zest of ½ large lemon
  • splash of water
  • sea salt
  • For the Charcuterie Board:

  • olives
  • crackers
  • favorite cheeses
  • nuts
  • grapes
  • honey comb
  • chocolates

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients into the blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
