Serve these Berry & Watermelon Skewers at your next pool party or cookout!

Berry & Watermelon Poolside Skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 seedless watermelon, cut into approximately 32 cubes
  • 16 California Giant strawberries, stems removed
  • 16 California Giant blackberries
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • Optional: 1 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta

DIRECTIONS

      • Alternate watermelon cubes with fresh berries on each skewer
      • Finely grate lime zest over top of skewers and finish with lime juice.
      • Can take fresh to pool or place in ziploc bag and freeze.
      • To jazz things up, remove fruit from skewer into a cup or bowl and toss with crumbled feta or goat cheese.
