Banana-Bread Blueberry Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1½ cups cashews, unsalted
  • 1½ cups Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1½ ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ½ cup California Giant blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

      • Add everything into a blender and mix until all the ingredients have combined and formed a large ball - about 1 minute.
      • Roll out into bite-size balls and pop in the fridge or freezer to store.
