This Strawberry Muhammara Spread serves as a perfect light and tasty dinner party appetizer!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 red bell peppers - roasted, skin peeled, and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • ¼ cup California Giant strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1 teaspoon sumac, optional
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS

      • Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until chunky.
      • Top with diced strawberries and serve with cucumber, carrot and celery slices, toasted bread, tomatoes and crackers or chips.
