Ingredients: 2 cups silk/soft organic tofu; 1 (7oz) bar of dark chocolate, roughly chopped; 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; ¾ cup coconut milk or almond milk; 2 cups mix of California Giant raspberries and blueberries; pinch of sea salt; whipped cream, extra berries and chocolate shavings for topping

The decadent flavors of dark chocolate, sea salt, and maple syrup compliment the berries in this delicious gluten-free and dairy-free dessert. Whipped cream tops the rich mousse and ties the whole treat together.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups silk/soft organic tofu
1 (7oz) bar of dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup coconut milk or almond milk
2 cups mix of California Giant raspberries and blueberries
pinch of sea salt
whipped cream, extra berries and chocolate shavings for topping

DIRECTIONS

- - Start by melting the chocolate with the coconut milk in a small pot on medium-low heat - stir as the chocolate melts and combines with the milk. Once it has melted, pour the chocolate milk mixture into a blender along with all the rest of the ingredients. Blend until everything is well combined.
- - Now evenly pour the mousse into three separate glasses and pop in the fridge to set. When it’s ready to eat, top with the whipped cream, extra berries and chocolate shavings.
