I add frozen berrys instead of ice, Farm honey instead of juices no yogurt. 1 1/2 cps 1% milk. Every other day for breakfast.

Your strawberries are excellent. A ray of sunshine in a dismal cold winter. Good for the health and for the morale. The concept of eating “local” cannot be justified in winter in Canada when such reasonably priced and delicious fruit is available. Your packaging is great as well!

Just wanted to mention that some of the clamshells and other plastic containers used in packaging your delicious berries also serve as nifty little greenhouses for starting seeds for the garden!

October 15th it will be a year since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. God allowed it but he also made sure it was caught very early so I had “NO” chemo and “NO” radiation!! “God is Good”.
