Picking Precision

When picking out raspberries at your local grocery store, look for firm, dry and evenly colored berries that have a soft, hazy “gloss.” Avoid dented or bruised berries (often indicated by leakage at the bottom of the container). Don’t be alarmed by the tiny hair-like fibers covering them! These “styles” are a natural part of the fruit’s defense system.

Storage & Serving Success

  • Keep raspberries refrigerated and dry
  • For best results, eat your raspberries within 1 or 2 days of purchase
  • Handle gently and rinse before serving
